Use of in-house microphones, audio interface, and recording equipment

On-site technical support during recording sessions

Post-production editing and mastering services

Post-production includes: Audio cleanup (removal of breaths, clicks, background noise as reasonably possible), Editing for pacing and clarity, Chapter separation and file organization, and Mastering to industry standards (including ACX standards if required)

Delivery of finalized mastered audio files in agreed-upon digital format (e.g., WAV, MP3)

Billing is calculated based on actual time used, rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Each recording session will be booked for a four hour session, until completion of the project. Post-production time will be billed based on actual hours required to complete editing and mastering.

Because audiobook length varies, total cost will depend on: Final manuscript word count | Number of recording hours required | Editing complexity | Revisions requested. Additional revisions or re-recordings due to script changes will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
