The Way to Go
The name of the show is The Way To Go. Hosted by Alan Bendich, it was originated more than 20 years ago by Alan’s father-law, Norman Liss. The theme of his show was places to go and things to do in the New York metropolitan area. Norman’s show was the inspiration for the new The Way to Go which will continue this theme with an emphasis on the performing arts. Shows will include informal conversations with filmmakers about how they became interested in film making and how they got started, how they develop their ideas and hone their craft. Filmmakers are usually calling the shots and telling their stories, but on The Way to Go, they talk about their own experiences and take us behind the scenes. Future interviews with other performing artists will continue to provide fascinating insight into the world of entertainment. The show will expand to include places to go, such as museums, theaters and events in the New York metro area.
