LMC had the opportunity to speak with Mamaroneck residents and families affected by flooding during Hurricane Ida in September, 2021. These recordings provide an opportunity for their stories to be heard and for the rest of the community to understand how their neighbors were and are still affected. Mamaroneck has a history of flooding and as weather becomes more severe, the number of residents affected will undoubtedly increase.
