Digital Signage Request

  • Thank you for posting your not-for-profit community announcement, PSA video or public event notice to the LMC Media Community Bulletin Board.

    **NOTE - LMC Media is not permitted to post for-profit events, ticket sales, ticket prices, or raffles.

  • • Allow 5-10 business days for your posting to air.
    • LMC Media accepts a jpeg head shot, event photo, event location photo, logos and or poster notices that do not contain ticket price or raffle information. Accepted Bulletin Formats for Existing Event Posters/Videos: JPG (1920x1080) or Mp4 (H.264)-60 seconds max. The bulletin board system does not accept .pdf or .png images.
    • Video PSA Format: Quicktime Movie or MP4 and no longer than 60 seconds.
    • Please make sure ticket sales, pricing, and raffle announcements are omitted from your bulletin announcement before submission.
    • You will be notified by email that your notice has been posted to LMC Media.
